Baby Yoga
Mamadoo BabyYoga is a 5 week class.
It's fun and vibrant format introduces movement patterns to your baby that help develop your baby's coordination and strengthen key muscles to help achieve early milestones such as sitting and crawling.
Each class finishes with a lovely relaxation sequence for you and baby.
This class is suitable for babies 8 weeks past their birth date. Premature babies must be 8 weeks past their original birth date.
Mamadoo is currently waiting until there is space in the diary to start these fantastic classes.
