Wear jogging bottoms or running tights, trainers and a couple of light layers on top.
Classes run even in the rain, so please come with a waterproof, for you and the buggy!

Push Me Fit!
This workout consists of power walking with your buggy with exercise stops throughout to tone and strengthen your body using specific exercises to help you get back into shape, targeting key areas such as bums, thighs and stomach. Come along and meet other mums and enjoy a sociable and friendly class in a supurb rural setting. Not only will you be exercising but also getting the additional benefit of fresh air to you and your baby.

For all fitness levels and ages. The following rest periods post childbirth are recommended:

Natural Birth = Gentle exercise after 6 weeks

C Section = Gentle exercise after 10-12 weeks
Classes run on Tuesdays at 11.15am outside The Tithe Barn, Pound Lane, Bradford on Avon.
Each Sessions last 1hr and cost £5 Pay as you Go
