Post Natal Health & Exercise for Mother & Baby

 

Mamadoo is a new and exciting collection of post natal fitness classes for both mother and baby. Its founder, Kirsty Doonan, has been qualified in pre and post natal exercise prescription for over 7 years but more recently has qualified with an Advanced Certificate in Modern Post Natal Core Restore as well as becoming an instructor for Baby Massage and Baby Yoga. 

 

"After the birth of my own son in April 2014, I discovered that there was not a group exercise class that I could join that really focussed on the things that mattered: my c section healing, tummy seperation and pelvic floor dysfunction.  I wanted to join an exercise group for the social element and be able to take my baby along. I didnt want a buggy bootcamp as I knew I needed a less intense workout to start with.  However, this was hard to find.  Mamadoo was forged in my mind from that moment and I have spent the last 12 months working towards creating just that."  Kirsty Doonan, Mamadoo Founder

A six week course for you to learn a whole body massage routine with your baby.  Benefits include, help with sleep, colic and digestive issues, all in a relaxed and friendly environment.


Class sizes are kept to a maximum of 6 people per course and costs £40

Pre-booking is required.

This fun and vibrant class introduces movement patterns to your baby that help develop their coordination and strengthen key muscles to help achieve early milestones such as sitting and crawling. Each class finishes with a lovely relaxation sequence for you and baby.

An outdoor fitness classes for mums and their buggies!  Power walk along the scenic canal paths of Bradford on Avon, stopping along the way for body toning exercises.

 

Sessions run every Tuesday at 11.15am meeting at the Tithe Barn, Bradford on Avon. Costs £5 pay as you go!
