Park Fit.

 

This Group Fitness Workout offers a total body exercise session, packed with a variety of calorie burning exercises. If you are looking for a fun alternative way to exercise as part of a group then this class is for you.

 

The Class is open to both men and women 16yrs+, any shape, size and fitness level welcome, providing an exhilarating workout for all.

The class is conducted outdoors, even if the weather is torrential! So please wear clothing suitable to the weather conditions and prepare to get a little muddy from time to time! Changing and toilet facilities are available onsite.

 

Tuesday 16th June is FREE!!

 

Each session lasts 1hr. Block book 5 for £25
